RUF question - what are these additional exhausts for?

[Greenwich Ross]

Idly browsing the classifieds; somewhat out of my reach but I've never seen these before...

Seems to have additional exhausts coming off, presumably, the twin turbos? Is that something unique to RUF's or do the normal Turbo's have them too?

Screamer pipes that vent the external wastegates.

External wastegate exhausts - much like 930 turbo has standard on its single turbo layout.
