OK, so having spent the summer watching what I ate and taking up cycling/running in an effort to lose the gut I seem to have become addicted to the exercise and now look rather gaunt.

What is the best food to help me put a bit of fat on the bones again? I'm looking for something to graze on during the day rather than specific meals. I'm thinking peanuts are quite good?

6' 12st4lb

Not sure on pbf% probably not that low. Bodywise I'm fine, just lost a lot on the face. I think I need to be about 13st 7lb to look my best.

Cut right back on the endurance stuff. Less than 3 miles running x3 a week or 30 mins x3 on a bike. Or you'll find really hard to put weight on.

Apparently one can sprinkle a fine white powder called creatine on top, for the full 'icing on the cake ' experience. wink

Agreed. Personally, I want to have the fitness model look not the cancer patient look.

For fitness, look at sprint training or HIIT.

Fing is, most people don't need such an excuse and from the OPer's first post, it sounds like he didn't either. (No real point to this thread, just teasing the OP.)

More protein, more heavy lifting, cut down on cardio.
