Need some help on first Impreza

Hi all. I know you probably get loads of these posts, but can finally afford the insurance on the car I've wanted since being old enough to drive and could do with some advice.
I'm mainly looking at Impreza Turbo 2000 cars, since that's more my price range and I don't particularly like the Bugeye. Have seen a decent looking one in my area, a year 2000 UK model.
However, it has done 131k mileage. According to the ad it has a full service history, had cambelt and tensioner done, new clutch and flywheel and rocker cover gaskets replaced. It does have the rust spots on rear arches however, but these seem common with this model.
I'd just like to know if there is anything else to look out for on a Scooby of this mileage that might entail major work and expenditure, or if the work done so far should mean a few more years of enjoyable driving.
