British Cycling Halfords Discount Q?

Hello, looking to get a road bike for when I cant be bothered to get dirty!

I'm just wondering if I can use the British Cycling 10% discount voucher to order online and collect instore, and then pay in Halfords Vouchers, which I can also get at a discount rate of 10%?

From memory, you get a voucher which you have to take into the store, its a barcode rather than a code itself so I dont think you can use it online, also you dont get 10% off the vouchers.

The vouchers I can buy seperately so this is not an issue. I'm just wondering if I can combine the two.

Good thinking Batman! Let us know if it all works, though I would imagine the 10% BC discount can't be combined with 'any other offers' which might include previously purchased vouchers?

Otherwise you could just buy a never ending cycle of vouchers at + 10% each until you ended up with your money back and a voucher for the original amount.

if your vouchers are in the shape of a halfords gift card pre loaded with the set amount of money, then you should have no trouble at all reserving online and paying for the bike with vouchers

Hmmm.

I wish, the vouchers will be of the Halfords persuasion so only get them at 10% less than face value. Unfortunately my works scheme is out until the new year so I will have to wait, but i'll let you know how I get on.

Yup, I have done exactly that twice now at 2 separate stores, no problems at all..
