Need a statis bike, or otherwise known as an exercise bike. Don't want to spend a fortune as it will mainly be used to in the winter and by other members of the family. Want it to be realistic to cycle as possible.
I know a turbo trainer is the logical choice, but as I said others will be using it and all.

Keep it simple, you wont get a better workout and its hugely adjustable so you can all get a really good fit...
Dont get drawn by the ones that have loads of electronic faff, computer displays and all that jazz. From experience they have a terrible cycling action and spinners give the most realistic experience unless you start spending mega bucks.
you should get one for around £350, ok its not cheap but you wont hate it within 15 minutes...
