Mirror Help please folks

My mirror fell out of it's casing not so long ago.
Its a W210 Offside unit. The remains are a round plastic panel screwed onto plastic backing.
Ths outer silver cover is fine.

Being a nugget I managed to buy a whole new mirror, but it was for a powered mirror closure car, which mine is not.

So, is there a way I can buy the mirror innards?

Does anyone have access to a schematic diagram showing a breakdown.
