Anyone else got those sensor things?

We have a company in at the moment fitting sensors all round the vehicles that will beep when the vehicle is close to something.They haven't yet fitted them to the vehicle I use most often, but reports from other drivers are not good.

Basically, when you have anything close to the vehicle, they beep.Cars passing close by? BEEP.Stuck in traffic? BEEP.Narrow lanes passing bushes/houses/walls etc? BEEP.Backing into a site close to scaffolding etc? BEEP, BEEP, sodding BEEP! They even go off constantly when passing things like road cones.

They have all said that it seriously puts you off concentrating during those tricky maneuvers.Not looking forward to this at all

Oh and the system also makes a sound like a duck being strangled when you indicate.
