Hi,
As per the title, I'm planning on buying a holiday buggy package deal for my 11 yr old nephew for Christmas (going out late Jan). Trouble is I will be flying so will need to go in a suitcase (Only there 4 days so lucky only need two pairs of pants and a toothbrush wink ). Anyone have an idea how big the retail box is? Hard to tell from photos.

I'm looking at this deal http://www.goldstarstockists.net/live/catalog/amaz... which looks almost too good to be true (hmmn...) so need to consider the size of the radio gear as well. Charger is crap so I might get another battery and my unused fast charger as well. Not sure on the motor upgrade (it's a 380), the 380 will give better battery life until he needs more speed, but maybe it's too slow.

the orignal era ones were about the size of 3 shoe boxes side by side ,

if he's not mad on keeping a mint box you could spread the bagged parts around and flatten the box?..or beg for a large sturdy cardboard box that you can pack that and your clothes in?

radio gear /battery etc will be more boxes

Ring Goldstar and ask him them to measure the box for you.

Don't tell him chaps. My guess is that he's 11 years old himself and is currently eyeing a present under the tree and wants to know if he's getting what he asked for.
