Basic/free movie editing (MP4) software

I have loads of very short mp4 clips and want to stitch some together into longer clips -

Is there a simple bit of free software to achieve this?

Movie Maker suffices for me

I use avidemux which is a bit more fuller featured, but also free.

Serif MoviePlus Starter is free, might be worth a look.
