Water in driverside footwell

After the last couple of days of heavy rain found the driver side footwell full with water. Ive recently fitted a new roof about a month ago but only happened this week. Check the roof drain's and they fine.

The carpet under the roof is dry and also the carpet behind the seat however the floor is soaking wet even under the seat aswel it's not coming from behind the dash as that is bone dry.


Any suggestions.
