New tyres CR500 and fitting in North West

Need a couple of new rear CR500's and Caterham friendly tyre fitting in the North West.
A) where should i buy the tyres ? Online from ? Or is there someone in the North West ?
B) any recommendations of caterham friendly tyre fitters in the North West ? Someone who understands that i need the wheel weights put on the inside rim only to avoid the dedion ears etc and has the knowledge to balance the wheels accordingly when the machine might be throwing up all sorts of readings !

I am happy to travel for good service, say 20 miles around warrington area
