Hey new here.

I have a buyer for my number plate and it is on a Certificate of Entitlement V750 Form
It is a 13-reg plate so it cant be transfer to a vehicle march onwards so have to sell in as a retention still.

I put the buyer as a the nominee but when the form is sent off and return it come back to my address and still have my address on the form.
Can fill the nominee details in and then (part 4) change the purchasers address(my) to his/hers.
So when they receive the v750 form it have My name as the purchaser, But the nominee address and the nominee as them.

Can you do this?
Cause the nomiee might end up selling in on and i just keep getting it sent to my adress.
(i know they need my signature etc/ but not worried about that)

Can i change the purchaser adress to the nominee address?

Yes but the nominee would need your signature, after the new form gets mailed to their address in order to make any changes etc

It's "your" registration.
"You" can add a new nominee, but the number is still "yours".
Only when the plate is put on the nominee's car does it become "his".
For as long as the plate is "yours" the DVLA will use "your" address.
