I recently ordered some chrome rings for my heater vents to brighten up my interior a tad, but when I pulled the 4th one out of the box I found it was mullered, plastic broken and the chrome flaking off...

So sent an e-mail off and it was answered within 8 minutes, saying sorry to hear that, we'll send a new box of 'em out in today's post. This was late afternoon. Next morning at half seven the postie rings the doorbell with a package for me! smile

As a new '5 owner, I've ordered quite a few parts form these guys, and they've always arrived really quickly, even large parts like exhausts, but I'm extra chuffed that their 'when things go wrong' service is just as good. I've always thought that the best indicator of how good a company is is how they deal with errors/breakages/things that go wrong, and these guys have just proved themselves to me as a great business.

Mind you, I'm probably preaching to the converted here, as I guess a lot of you fellow '5 owners have used their services, but www.mx5parts.co.uk I salute you! beer
