I would be coming from NE london, near essex to tottenham court road at 6pm ish, will it be busier or quieter than usual on the roads do you think?

It's just picking someone with lots of luggage up.

Good luck! Should be a lot quieter than usual, or at least nowhere near as bad as it's been these last few weeks. I've lost count of how many hours I've spent stuck in central london frown

I've been driving round central London quite a bit today and it's really quiet.
Last year we drove into Piccadilly on Christmas eve to have dinner and it was deserted so I'd say you definitely be ok.
Don't forget the congestion charge if you come into the zone before 6 though.

It'll be very quiet but make sure you pay the Congestion Charge.

I got done for that eight years ago.
