Hi all!
Hope you're enjoying any time you get off of work?
I've just shut my laptop down and decided that's it, life would be so much easier without customers wink
Strange thing this morning though, I went to start my wedge and nada, nothing, nix banghead
The battery was flat as a pancake
I've got it on charge, but it's not happy at all and isn't holding the minimal amount I can get into it.

Any recommendations as to the best battery to use?
The one that's in it came with the car when I bought it earlier this year, and is almost certainly not the right one as well as being the best part of 10 years old I'm surprised its lasted as long as it has!
Just FYI, I've a 1987 350i, yes the one that's on 5 of the pictures on Trickie and Zig's amazing calendar from the BNG smile

Have a super Christmas and New Year and may your God go with you and your wedge wherever you go!

See you all in 2013

I bought one of these which is very good value for money and a quality battery. Fitted to Honda Civic I believe as standard.

Not much help, but I just bought an Everstart 24NS. This is a marine battery so even if it goes flat many times it can still be recharged. It is a perfect fit, but being marine is heavy. With 625 cold cranking amps it is more than we need. Cost in USA about $75.

Reason for going marine - it will double as a house battery on my boat.
