Rage Buggy day... where you can race!?!?
Discussion
Hello all...
wanting to organise an event for a bunch of petrolheads, with a couple of activities, first of which we'd like to be Rage Buggies, BUT...
lots of us have done this before, and found they're always a bit slow, and the courses just a loop in a flat field, and frequently you're told not to race.
Has anyone done this activity somewhere (preferably midlands or south) where it feels more like the real deal?!?!
Not expecting to be allowed on the R1-engined 180bhp monsters, but something more than the 5bhp trundlers would be great.
Also, if there's good alternatives people would like to suggest, that'd be grand too!

I've often thought the ideal days cheap fun would be to find a friend with a field, preferably one like the Landrover picture, with trees and varying levels.
Each buy a cheap MOT Taxed car off ebay and drive it to the field and spend the day arsing around having fun.
The reason for road legal cars to prevent some idiot turning up in an mot failure and turning it in to a destruction derby.
