As for making money from it, I'm not sure... but you really need to read their T&Cs. Unless you've bought a PRS license or asked for and been given permission, you are almost certainly breaking the law using that music. If you start making money from it you may well start pissing people off. (Well one person in particular - Ronnie Hazlehurst - or more likely his kids, seeing as he's dead)

If you add a YouTube sou dtrack, it will overwrite the existing audio.

IIRC there is an option to switch on some music that they've licenced which gets around this problem. I think it totally replaced the original track though but it might be worth considering.

Ask YouTube. They wrote to me to 'monetize' my account when one of the videos got popular (but not anywhere near as many hits as your one).
