New ps3 - no idea what my psn details are.

So, my old 60gig fat ps3 died a couple of months ago and mrs p came through yesterday with a new 120gig slim.

So, its been years that my liogin details have been in the old ps3 so i now cant login on the new one.

I dont use the email address i used to and have no idea what password i used.

Is there anywAy to find out?
