Project Chopper Rebuild Today

Taking obviously more time than it took to strip. I have finally had the time to reconstruct my mates Chopper for him. Came as a basket case, which he spent many months sorting bits and pieces. Got the frame repainted and I rebuild some wheels for it. Couple of piccies. Came out better than he hoped. We didnt want to replace everything with new, so has a few ' looks used ' bits on it too. Hope you like it.

the best colour, Fizzy Lemon!

It was red but he wanted fizzy lemon. It is a ford yellow, which was easy to get it painted. The hardest part was refitting the stand. Managed to shove a hacksaw into my thumb making an adaptor to fit the damn thing. So plenty of DNA on it .
