iPad puzzle games?

Evening all and a belated merry Xmas.

I really enjoyed games such as machinarium and the room for the iPad. Both were brilliant but the latter very short. Machinarium was very polished and challenging with a great soundtrack and clearly very well thought out.

I've heard that they are considering a sequel but piracy is a major problem and they may not produce on that reason alone.

So, anyone play anything else?

The Room is quite nice, but easy, and very, very short. I did it in just over an hour or so. There is one called 'The Curse' which is free, and has 100 or so puzzles to do, ranging from easy, to a little bit harder then easy. There is also another game which seems to smell a lot like machinarium, but more colourful, I'll try to remember what it is called.

That's the bugger. Yup. Looks very different, yet very similar to Machinarium.

The curse may well have been on offer. I use appshopper a lot. Not worth $2 if I'm honest. What about WIMP. Platform game, but you have to flick levers, and do tasks to get certain things, and so on. You do have to work stuff out.

Quite enjoyable. Love The Room, but it was too short.

Machinarium was OK, but I found it annoying. Never quite got the logic, but managed to complete it.

Currently doing Broken Sword (its OK, it was free). A game called Special Enquiry Detail (RPG type thing) is free today only - although not tried it yet.... but the price is right if its st.

Agree about the room. I hope they update it with more levels, more boxes, and so on. Was disappointed when it ended.
