Hi, it's me again. The passenger side wiper motor shaft seems to come out of the body at the wrong angle compared to the drivers side, has anyone else had this problem and know how to rectify?

After many years of saving up this is my first TVR, is it normal for every nut & bolt to be rusted on, sheared off or missing all together!

I live in nottinghamshire, do you S series TVR guys have meeting in my area?

There should be two things bit like these either side of the bodywork to get the right angle (not a right angle)

It's a twenty year old car, unfortunately in that time things will have rusted, siezed and been generally bodged by previous owners...........all part of the fun smile

Wiper spindle seizes in the bearing tube and then tries to rotate the outer guide bushes against the bodyshell. Apply plenty of plus gas, strip & clean off corrosion, then reassemble.

Later cars are a little different as they used a cable system rather than rods and cranks.....
