Blini topping ideas

I am hosting a NYE party and everyone is bringing a dish. We are doing a few bits but i want to make up a load of blinis. Can anyone give me some ideas so i can have a range of different ones to choose from.

Currently i have

Salmon & creme fresh
Sliced beef and horshradish
Buffalo mozarella & basil

Any other ideas?
