Hw bes to cook a brace of pheasants.

Bored of simply roasting them because I invariably overcoo the, and they come out tough.

Slow cook the legs and quickly pan fry the breasts.

Big pan, loads of seasonal veg, 3 cans of cider, simmer for a few hours thumbup

I think the basc website has some good recipes. Pan fried breasts are my favourite though.

Struggled with the preparation last time so just removed the breasts and pan fried. Wifey was enjoying until she found shot!!

Why throw money away on a cook when you can have the butler do it? He's also the driver. It was good enough for Bruce Wayne...
