New DVD recorder advice please
Discussion
Hi
Looking to replace Panasonic DMR-ES15EB dvd recorder, as it is analogue tuner, so since the switch off i can only record from sky box (ordinary sky not plus or HD)
Have been looking at Panasonic DMR-PWT420EB which I can see would be a direct replacement with lots of new features, HD, Hdd, blue ray etc. Job done.
Or could I keep the old dvd recorder and buy either Panasonic DMR-HW120EBK or Humax HDR-FOX T2 500GB. If, and this is the question you can record on to DMR-ES15EB dvd from either of these Hdd devices.
I think this route would only be worth the hassle if the Humax was really miles better than the Panasonic Hdd recorder.
This would all be hooked onto a Pansonic TX-L32X10 viera link tv if that makes any difference.
Any thoughts, comments or alternatives please.

Just bought a new Panasonic DVD (blu ray) recorder with twin tuners, but looked through the master thread that is on AV Forums. Loads of questions there on what people want and what it will do. Still getting my head around mine but I do not have Sky so no help there.
Been looking for a while and there are not many DVD recorders around anymore.
