Any one able to take a few measurements for me?

Mainly the total width of where you sit, not because I've eaten to much for Christmas but because the Tvr where I plan putting them will be a tight fit

Thanks

Can do on Saturday if you're still in need.

What measurements precisely?

It depends what you mean by 'tombstones', because its a nickname which people now seem to apply to the 'wrong' seats...

Tombstones are the 70s-80 manual sports seats, but Ive notived that over the last few years people have started to apply this name to the seats found on series two (1986MY>) 944s.

I have a set of the standard series two 944 seats in my spare bedroom that I can measure for you, and also a set of the later electric-type bolstered sports seats, but not 'tombstones' (I do have a set in a lock up garage somewhere though, if you can wait).

Series two 944 seats (with a back rest catch on either side) measure 445mm at the runners and around 500mm-510mm at the widest part of the squab, but theyll squish in a bit. The back rest is approximately 480mm wide.
