Indy service recommendation in Leeds
Discussion
My 996 Turbo is due a service and as I now work in Leeds, it's probaby my best option as getting to & from Malton (the supplier) is too much of a PITA.
Looking for a specialist who doesn't do BS when it comes to service & is happy for me to supply my own oil.
Strasse seem to be quite local, so any informed opinions of them would be good, either by reply of please feel free to PM me.
Thanks in advance & Happy New Year all.

Not quite Leeds but John Keller @ Porsche Euro attends to the GT2 now Stu, zero BS & speaks Yorkshire too. Looking for a specialist who doesn't do BS when it comes to service & is happy for me to supply my own oil.

Have you asked Malton about collecting/delivering it? I'm sure they'd be pleased to look after you, especially if there's a chance you'll trade it in with them at some point in the future as it would have a more consistent provenance. I'm pretty sure they have a courtesy car they could leave for you if you need it too.

Didn't know you did this.
Will give you a bell tomorrow & seasons greetings to all @ SCoM. Loved the RS Christmas card.
Cheers

Matey , FFS would you take your car to a garage that calls you Matey
Bit of an extreme reaction perhaps? :scratchin:
Anyway, did a price comparison between Strasse, Porsche & Euro & SCoM to find SCoM are cheaper for the basic service, a little more for brake fluid change (PE in Barnsley next) and now the faff with travel's not an issue (they'll collect & drop back as John indicated) I've got it booked in for next week.
Thanks for the helpful advice guys. Brighouse is the wrong way for me as I live in the flat lands east of Leeds.
