Pick my 47" TV tomorrow.
Should be a nice little upgrade from and 7 year old 32" LCD that cost me £1200 back in December 2005!
I have a bracket in the garage ready for it, so should be mounted by the weekend! Only question is do I sell my surround sound speakers and use a simple sound bar (I say simple it is £700 rrp without an amp!)
Bear in mind there will be a separate cinema room in 3 months !

I think I would go with a soundbar ... the jump between this and the cinema will be much larger so I think you'll see more value in your cinema if you get my thinking.
My cinema has been in the build process for 3 years ... wanted to get it sorted before Xmas, but looking more like Easter now. In fact, I'll use the start of the 2013 F1 season as my deadline.

It's big, 119cm diagonal screen width, especially when your used to a 7 year old 32" LCD Tele!
But it is also very good fro the money. £639 including a 5 year warranty.
The best bit so far (its only been out of the box for a couple of hours) the LG remote syncs with the PS3 and will control it. So no more using the PS3 controller, Awesome.
