Well, I imagine that they need a source of energy as well as the raw materials, something which is conspicuously absent from their website.

I wonder where the energy comes from?

I've been advocating the use of plastics as a form of carbon capture for ages.

Build more plastic kits - I say.

I love the claim that the whole process is 'carbon negative'. What an utter crock - unless they plan on using solar to power it and can find a way of making that work effectively.

Some poor fkers are going to get scammed out of their pensions over this.

well it might be possible, as there is a couple of guys in a lab somewere in england making petrol out of air, I think, just buy getting certain chemicals out of the air and combining them to make it.

could be wrong though, but it might be possible.

Oh it's possible, but requires lots of electricity, which generates lots of carbon... So you end up putting out more carbon from electricity generation than is captured.
