What oil do you use?

Have a 90 Spirit II and want to do an oil chang. what would be the best to put in . GTX, Duckhams (my dad swore by it) or something else

Here in The Colonies, RR recommended Castrol Syntec (full synthetic) 5W-50. It's what I've used in all of my Turbo Rs.

I think for '90 semi/synthetic 10/40 is recommended. Maybe an expert will chip in?
