Has anyone got experience of purchasing a French leaseback holiday property? What sort of deal/return have you got?

Also, intrigued to understand what typically happens after the initial leaseback period ends - is it all down to how popular the development turns out to be?

I've looked at this before, major concerns aside from currency and financial stability risks, is the potential exit on the expiration of the leaseback. All the props in the scheme will come up at the same point, making it a real buyers market, plus apartments tend to look tired quite quickly with purchasers more likely to chase a shiny new option?
