So stir up Sunday 2011 i made a Christmas pud.

Circumstances meant it hasn't been eaten, will it still be ok for this Christmas?

Yes, but, Christmas pudding doesn't have to be eaten only at Christmas.....

At a year old it should be just about ready.
I always make them at least a year in advance. Long maturation improves them no end.
