Due to simply not using it enough, I've decided it's my time to sell. I don't want to breach any advertising/posting rules so won't go into detail here. censored. I'll get it into the classifieds by Monday. Just thought I'd mention it here first as it seems there are some people looking around at the moment. Trouble is, i think i'll shed a tear when i sell it.....

Could you not just try and drive it more? Replace the tears with big smiles? You could come to Spa at Easter and do a trackday smile

I could have used that excuse at any time in my years of TVR ownership, but redundancy may now force my hand - I would NEVER let it go otherwise...

Sorry mods. Didn't realise i did anything wrong. I'm also selling it to fund my new bike I have a deposit on. I use my motorbike regularly and decided that selling the cerb means i can keep the fireblade for commuting and trackdays, while also having an ultimate bike for dry commuting days and weekend use.

Nah, redundancy means you have some extra cash to spend on it smile

Haha, just to put closure to this thread. I've decided to keep the Cerb. I just think i will regret it if i sold it. The wierd thing is that i went ro remove it from the classifieds and found it already removed somehow. Very strange....

Hey Colin,
Glad we never made the trip over in the end last weekend! Was good talking to you and I bet you're glad you never sold it now.
Cheers

Glad to hear Cerbie is staying.

I cannot see me ever getting to the point of selling.

I am always thinking maybe get a much newer and useable car eg Aston db9 or 991 911 or Audi r8 v10 or gtr etc
But I do like a cerb! Also builders and plumbers will put their rates up and I'll look an even bigger toss bag.

I always find it really weird hearing you guys discussing trading in for cars costing ten times as much as I paid for my 4.5...

It's another world.
