Be prepared for a longish hot walk from the station to the track.
Have you bought g'stand tickets?
If not best to be trackside very early on race day.
There should be a pit walk on Saturday evening.
Thanks, got G/A tickets.Have you bought g'stand tickets?

Do you have to book or need a ticket for the saturday pit walk, or do you just turn up with your weekend pass?
Budapest is lovely, walk to heroes square via Andrassy Ut, a proper old school communist thoroughfare! Some good restaurants off Andrassy too, mostly on the left hand side as you walk back from Heroes Sq.
A taxi from Mogyorod station to the circuit shouldnt be too much. The taxis have set prices to and from the circuit over the weekend however, trains will be busy and dont even expect to get near a seat....
There is nothing at the hungaroring really, take a bag full of food and drink as the food stalls are few and far between too.

This thread has sorted out the last few points I needed to cover, thanks.
Glad to see I've picked a good spot, and will now be settling for the taxi to track and back option. Group of 4 all booked and waiting to go.
Previously attended Singapore'11 (flew) & Hockenheim'12 (drove). Looking forward to this immensely, hope it goes well for everyone attending from here.
