Those vertical vents on the rear wings are WIERD. Some sort of home-made widebody kit maybe? And yes, it does sort of look like a bastardised 968 rear end chopped and fitted.

Base car looks like a 964 judging by the angle of the head lights. The rear is disgusting. Exhausts exiting through the bumper upset me as much as the 928 rear lights. Dutch design possibly?

Strosek was my first thought too.

Search Google images for Zeemax Porsche and you'll see some identical cars, plus I've seen one in the flesh/metal/dodgy fibreglass and this is how it looked.
