7 Weeks of Abstinence

It's been 7 weeks since I have been out in the car...in fact the last time I drove it was back from the Classic Car Show at the NEC. Anyhow, today was the day to take it out.....what a hoot!

Tomorrow I will give it a bit of a wash...therapy for these short winter day's.....

Has anyone abstained for longer...?

.....No, sorry, couldn't cold turkey for sooo long.

I have to get a more frequent fix, even in the depths of winter.
In any event, I want to get some miles on my STR8Six 4.3 so that I can get the first service/check done, and then start to build max revs!!

Just posted on Cerb forum. Hols and weather mean I got out in mine for the first time in exactly a month. Need to get a couple more trips sorted before the temperature drops again.

Drive mine at least once if not twice a week. Roof off today, so I coud wear my Christmas presents - TVR wooly hat and scarf. Glorious drive, V8 heater going great guns.

Eleven weeks and counting, SORN'd for winter. It's up high on stands waiting for me to get under and apply a good chassis clean, when I get around to it. All this lost tivving time, I'm jealous of you year-rounders.
