Recommend a holiday destination for March/April

My Girlfriend and I want to go on holiday at the end of March, beginning of April. Our baby is due in July so this will be coming up to the point where my girlfriend wont be allowed to fly anymore. We want to go somewhere warm and relaxing. We want all inclusive and ideally 4/5 star hotel. We have about £350/400 per person to spend and want to stay between 3 and 5 nights.

Any suggestions?

Not really warm and relaxing though is it... Plus I dont think my pregnant girlfriend is going to be up for sliding down the side of a mountain.

So a short break, all inclusive, probably don't want to fly too far or spend too much - probably somewhere in the Canaries then.
