Heading North on the M6 J20 / J21 area over the Thelwall Viaduct, as well as the usual SPECS cameras, there is a "Safety Camera Partnership" van monitoring Northbound traffic on the bridge at the end of the contraflow section.

What a waste of resources - SPECS and Talivan !

Careful boys and girls.

It also sits on the bridge, targetting the southbound carriageway at J20 just after the viaduct as you hurtle aound that bend there.

whaddya mean, "waste of resources" ? by having a scumera van they can trap all the naughty people who momentarily speed - that SPECS won't catch.

This catches all the rapists and murderers, you know. And all the illegal cars with no tax, or a faulty bulb. And don't forget, SPECS also catches drunk drivers, spliffed up drivers, and drivers who haven't had a sha* for ages.

Well done SPECS !
