Transferring PH smilie Logo

Having trouble transferring the little bugger to the rear windscreen.

Its only the small 2 incher! So far i've tried heating it up with a hairdrier but for some reason the actual logo keeps getting stuck to the thicker backing rather than the thinner more transparent one.

Am i correct in thinking i need to somehow get the logo from the thicker backing onto the thinner backing then transfer onto glass?

Is there a nack to this or am i being thick ?

take the clear off, apply to window using the opaque backing.

I just peeled off the paper backing, stuck it down and then CAREFULLY peeled off the clear sheet.
It`s a bit fiddly but you don`t need water, heat or any special equipment.
Done 3 or 4 now.

Hopefully it won't start to peel off when i turn on the heated rear screen!
