My 1.6 Citroen Saxo VTR (90bhp) in WRC Rally Style.

Work in progress really - first car.

Awaiting racing seats and actual sponsors (car rental companies etc)

Dare Motorsport 16" Alloys + Cherrybomb Oval Exhaust + Mesh Grill -- Thoughts?

UPDATED: This is my first car, I'm 18. I have a black box in it to reduce the insurance which was my only way of affording a VTR which is what I wanted. My insurance does not cover any form of track days.

Stickers like that ONLY when you have the performance to back it up. winkNice car never the less, mind.

And why you want to promote companies you have no interest in... (I have a sticker for H4H because I want people to donate to H4H; I also have one for my local climbing wall because I want more people to go to keep them in business!)

But VTRs are fun cars! The alloys work well - just the right size.

Thanks, it was those alloys or OZ Superturismo.

I have stickers on the back of companies I know and have more stickers to come for friends' companies and organisations.

Now that is a good idea - nothing wrong with promoting friends' companies... especially if they buy you a pint for giving them some free advertising. biggrin

Why not, they're good friends and the brand exposure they'll get is unlimited. I own a company but would like a different vehicle to wrap with the branding for that.

saxo's are good little cars but its not a WRC style car is it really? its just a saxo with a saxo sticker on it.

lose the stickers, polish it and lower it abit and will look alot nicer

Nice little car but I can't help thinking it would look better with white alloys.

Looks quite tidy but I am not a fan of the stickers either.

I had those exact alloys on my own Saxo many moons ago, great cars imo biggrin

Cherry bomb sounds fun, do you have a video of it in action?

Gut the interior, stick a roll cage in it, lower it and set it up purely for track day usage. Only then will the stickers be acceptable smile

This made me laugh. I remembered being a teenager and drilling holes in my Golf's airbox to make it louder. Your neighbours will probably be just as keen on your car as mine were. smile

Bin the graphics and more importantly those wiper arms !

I previously owned a posiedon blue vtr -lowered 40mm, supersprint exhaust and decat, kn induction kit, white speedline chronos. I would suggest going down that route, simple but effective.

Can't believe they still sell cherry bombs, cheaper drilling a whole in your backbox !
