Does anyone know about wines?

Does anyone know if in theory a bottle of Rothschild Cabernet Sauvignon, Vin De Pays D'Oc, 1999 and a Crociani 1997 Riserva vino nobile de Montepulciano are still drinkable. Or shall I just pour them down the sink?

They should be providing they have been stored reasonably well. Modern corks and plastic wine seals are pretty well airtight. However they probably want drinking before too much longer.

The Vins De Pays will certainly be better drunk. The reserve Nobile De Montepulciano could well last a bit longer. That should be capable of lasting into maturity as a decent reserve wine.

I would imagine if they have been stored sympathetically they'll both be perfectly drinkable...
