I`m not sure where these tunnels are and how come ther are no police and cameras? Any number of cars together with groups of people bring the Police within minutes where i live .There is an instant fine if you spend over 45 minutes in a the car park in any fast food resturants.Cameras have been fitted in all the car parks ..

There are quite a few tunnels in London.. That one is probably the best and had a police presence in it during the last thunder in the tunnels! It's close to Blackfriars Bridge. You drive down Queen Victoria Street westbound and turn left at the bottom and into the tunnel to head eastbound up the embankment. The tunnel pictured is a service tunnel parallel to the main one. The police were there in 2012, enjoying the view I think. The only police activity I saw was when a Cerbera lost its clutch right on a junction, and they did their road safety job, nothing more, I believe.
