Hi there I am looking for somewhere to get some parts copied .I need my wing stays copied but lightened at the same time in thinner aluminium. I think they will need to be made with a water jet does anyone know any one they can recommend ? Bellow is a picture of what I need copied and lightened.




any help is apreciated

What thickness do you need them? Most laser cutters can cut up to 6mm aluminium and this will be cheaper and easier to get done then water jet cutting

You need to get a CAD drawing made up first as the profilers will not want to measure up
your existing part.

Depends who you use, some will work from a sketch others will scan your existing part into the computer
however a CAD drawing is always best
