If it's close and it's what you want I'd go for a look. Quite a few cat D cars are repaired to a high standard. Be aware though, some cars need seat belt tensioners at couple of hundred, Clio's used to need a new air bag computer etc. Before you know it those £500 air bags can mount up yo well over £1k.

Never really seen the attraction of the 500, nice enough car but not worth the hype or the money they still seem to hold to me.

Bloody airbags. Car is fine, but nooooo must have airbags. My car doesn't have or need them. TVRs don't have or need them. fk airbags.

Generally speaking I wouldn't buy a Fiat 500 because I'd look like a tit in one...
