Bit of Monday morning fun, probably already been done, but still...

If you won the lottery and had £500k to spend on all things petrol, what would you buy?

I'll kick it off...

Audi RS4 Avant (Daily) - £65k
Honda NSX - £60k
Porsche 964RS - £70k
Bentley Corniche Convertible - £70k
Mk1 Range Rover Vogue - £20k
Z Cars Hayabusa Mini - £20k

Aprilia RS250 - £7k
KTM RC8 - £12k
Buell XB12 - £7k
Triumph Scrambler - £8k
Suzuki GSXR1100 - £8k
Kawasaki ZZR1400 - £8k
KTM EXC450 - £5k

Robinson R44 - £140k

That's actually quite a lot of metal for £500k!

I was going to start with a Koenigsegg CCR + others, but on looking at this further, it seems you cannot get a CRR for under 500k alone.

Aston Martin DBS 100k
Ferrari F355 50k
911 (993) Turbo 50k
B5 RS4 20k
C5 RS6 20k
E30 M3 20K
Escort Cosworth 20k
Mustang Bullit 30k
RS2000 20K
MINI 1275GT 15K
Golf GTI MK1 10K
Golf R32 MK5 15K
Jaguar XKR 30K
Range Rover Classic 10k
Defender 20k
Range Rover Sport Supercharged 70k
Yamaha Raptor 700 10k
Yamaha Waverunner FZR 15K

Probably forgetting something - but hopefully could adjust or have some change smile

I probably wouldst swap out some of e bikes for a quad, or maybe a jet ski. And the z mini would probably be swap for a sevenesque BEC.
Totally agree with the Robinson, assuming I had the lawn for it after building the garage on the land.

Right...

£45k- 2007 Bentley Arnage T Mulliner. For special occasions and annoying the 'greens'.
£27k- 2003 BMW E46 M3 CSL. For the poise and the noise.
£32k- 2008 Range Rover Vogue SE. For winter trips to the Alps.
£110k- 2008 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano F1. Harris loves his, happy to go with that advice.
£29k- 2010 BMW 740d Sport. The everyday family car.
£59k- 2004 996 GT3 RS with air-con. I'd take my time to learn this one thoroughly.
£85k- 2008 Aston Martin DBS. Epic!
£8k- 2002 BMW E39 M5. Need you ask?
£24k- 2006 Audi RS4 Avant B7. Has to have the big Recaros.

£40k- 2002 996 GT2. Probably scare myself stless on the first run, and never drive it again.
£8k- 2008 MV Agusta F4 1000. I promise you this would never get ridden, I'd stick it the lounge and just look at it!
£25k- 2007 BMW E61 M5. The worlds fastest Labrador scarer.

Dumped this lot for a...

£74k- 2010 Lamborghini Gallardo E-Gear Spyder. wink

Think that should just about cover it.....

On most of the garages suggested annual servicing would at the very least be £20-25k

Tax probably £3-4k
Insurance .... £10k++
Minor breakdowns as these are generally exotic cars say a fund of £5k a year for 10cars.

So c£50k a year excl storage costs for the fleet!!!

Buying them is relatively easy its running them that's the killer

I'd buy a bunch of useable classics, nothing predictable like your average footballer or Arab teen would drive. Think I'd start with a Dodge Charger.

You've missed the point by miles. You've won the lottery, which is normally a payout >£5m. You've absolutely nothing to worry about!

The glass is always half full eh? wink
