Indicator/flasher unit

I strongly suspect this unit to be faulty on my car. Anybody know where it is located and what colour/identication it has ?

On an S1 it is under the drivers side footwell, attached to the crossbar near where it joins the inner A post.
I guess it will be the same on later versions.

Drivers side on my S's too, I think you will find the same unit on Peugeots, not sure which ones but a 405 in a scrapyard rings a bell!

Thanks. Found it under the dash/above footwell, on the drivers side - on the metal cross bar. Turned out that it had worked itself loose. All that was needed was to press it back in. Presto ! Flashers and indicators now working.

PS. The Flasher unit on my S3C is a small, black electronic 'box' ; size about 1" x 1" x 1".

Just found mine (V8), whilst looking at something else,mines located in the drivers footwell marked as Lucas SFB 162
