Day out in London

I have a few friends coming to London for the afternoon/evening in a couple of weeks (on a thursday) for a birthday and am trying to work out what to do with them.

Iniitially I thought a nice boozy lunch would work, but am now thinking that we may be able to do something a bit different and just eat at mine.

The group is all girls, 23-24 and the budget is probably about £50 per person.

Any ideas? Theatre? Cocktail making?
