car is ready to be resprayed(after 9 long months)
problem is the wright color
original nr is "32671 M"
how to track down the correct paint??
they forgot to measure,so there remains nothing to take reference

The M refers to it being a standard Ford colour, does that help?

Hi Rudy i thought you where going to go for pink as i thought you where giving the 3000s to She who must be obeyed as you now have your power machinelaugh
I think your needing ford cosmos blue it does look like it and ford unlike today did not do that number of colour variations and that was an option on the Capri around that time just a guess.

He's got part of the colour saved on one of the bonnet catches (and going for spectrografing it)

Guess Rudy' out giving that body-shop owner a piece of his mind (I would...)

Agree or go for a colour change she would look fantastic in wedgewood blue

Afraid that car is now in New Zealand unless you want a trip down under however the paint code might have been a bit easier dream on

exactly, 'black' is a much 'easier' hue than 'blue'. Rudy' and mine are both in the books as blue, but the colours could not differ more........

Still,, what i heard from the man himself, this issue is to be successfully resolved by the good ol' spectrometre !
