Conundrum

I have a decision to make this week. I currently run a 1.5dci Nissan juke which costs me £177 per month including insurance, servicing, tax etc. I get this through nissan's employee lease scheme which is why it is such a good deal. They have asked for the car back on the 21st of feb but I have to make a decision this week as to whether I want it replaced with a new one for the next 9 months. Only issue is I miss owning my own car and really want something quicker.
I will have about £2500 ready to spend on a new car by the time the juke goes back and was thinking about an RS Clio 182, I was wondering if these are worth buying and how often good examples appear for around this sum? Is it worth the gamble of not renewing the juke in the hope that something comes up?

I looked at 182 for £2-3k and was disappointed by the standard and quality generally and ended up increasing my budget to £5k - then bought a Fiesta ST.
