Door hinge adjustment

Can anyone out there tell me how you adjust Griff doors? The drivers door on my car has dropped and there is some play in the bottom hinge i.e.,the bracket attached to the body is tight but the hinge pin (or its fixing) is either worn or loose. What holds the hinge pin in place and how would you adjust it? Also, how would you remove the complete door? Unfortunately the 'bible' doesn't go into much detail on this problem and nor can I find any previous threads.

It's a while since I did it and I can't fully remember if there are plastic inserts in the doors and these may of worn.

But you take them off by removing the trim panel and undoing 2 bolts (one in each hinge) oriented North and South.

I think you could also take the whole lot off hinges as well by taking the carpet off in the footwell and you could find the bolts that hold the hinges. This is the place where you can add spacers to align bottom and rear of door flush to the body.

I would recomend the 1st method.
