Realistic price for x5 petrol 3.0 auto
Discussion
A friend of mine is wanting to sell his 03 82000 mile 3.0 petrol x5, it's very tidy with full service history, good tyres, clean inside and out with no faults or reason not to buy it apart from the running costs.
I know these big old cars don't fetch much these days and yes there are plenty of x5's in the autotrader for £6000 and upwards but what are they actually selling for?
I told him realistically £5k on a good day, we buy any car want to buy it for £4600 which I don't think is a bad offer, do you think in this financial climate it's worth spending x pounds on advertising for a month or just sell it to wbac.
This is not a sales pitch, information about the seller will not be posted, I'm just after a realistic value and do you think the best route would be wbac?
Cheers steve
